Friends join by invitation.

Throwing-in, transfer and pairs Durak have no separate rules purchase. Throwing-in and transfer are in the local prototype; pairs are not implemented in the iPhone app yet.

For world games, the tentative rule is a separate $1 purchase for every human participant. The final rule for invited guests still needs confirmation.
